Vandal's blood sugar crashed again. Not as badly as in June (thanks to TPTB) but his legs gave out on him as he got to the bottom of the stairs. I was home, but didn't see what happened. I just heard his "I need help" meow. I gave him food immediately and, an hour after eating a half can of food, his blood sugar was only 64!!!!
We think he is sleeping most of the day and not eating so his blood sugar crashes about the time I normally get home. So he only gets 1 unit of insulin morning and night now.
I just had the feeling leaving work that I should go straight home and not stop at the grocery store. Glad I listened.
