Phbbbbbbbbllllllttt! I've got a brand spanking new art table and can't use it! There's nothing wrong with the table; it's me. I wanted to work on scribal today because I get to leave work by 2:30. I'd have lots of natural light to work by.
But my body had other ideas. About an hour and a half I got a spasm, a bad one. In the *left* shoulder. The *good* shoulder. That seals it; the dystonia is now bilateral.
I haven't hurt this badly since Honor War in April. I couldn't take a full breath because the spasm didn't like it. I just about couldn't get up out of my chair to go to the bathroom. Hell, I was leaning back in the chair and I almost couldn't pull myself to sit upright in the chair. Owwwwwwwwww.
I'm on round two of pain meds (I had to take round 1 at work so I wouldn't whimper when I tried to breathe -- it was that bad). Tomorrow looks like a downer/rest day.
