Apr. 25th, 2005 01:19 pmWell, I just heard back from the people who interviewed me last week. And the answer is......
I got called back for a second interview. I'm one of their two call-backs. So, I'm waiting to hear when tomorrow (between 10 and 2, theoretically) I will get to have a half-hour interview with one of the vps. Cool. They want to make the hiring decision within a week or so.
Julia made it back from her conference in fine shape. The conference is a small one, but that means interest is more concentrated. So instead of competing with hundreds of presentations for attention, there are fewer presentations and you can attract those of common interests more easily. So that was great for her.
Maybe today, but definitely tomorrow afternoon, we are playing hooky to enjoy the 70*+ weather we're having. It's going to cool down Wed. so we'll enjoy it while it lasts.
