Staying home this weekend.
Jun. 22nd, 2005 07:43 pmWell, I'm scheduled to drive 6+ hours to the other side of Vancouver, BC, this Friday/Saturday, then come home Sunday. Why? Because that's where their holding the kingdom Heraldic Symposium. The catch? Driving distances is a major aggravating factor for these headaches I'm having.
So, I talked to the chiropractor today (after she did the massage and adjustment) and she said that she didn't want to make any recommendations -- that it was really up to me. Well, she also wants to see me Friday evening -- guess I'm not going. But, I need to get one of those C-shaped pillows like you use for airplanes for long drives. My neck just wants a little pampering, I guess.
But the headache has abated (I wasn't in as much pain today as I had been) and my shoulders are much looser. But I'll be going in twice this week and twice next. At $19 a pop (co-pay plus one service the ins. doesn't cover). I'll cheerfully pay if these headaches go AWAY!!!!
