Jun. 25th, 2005 02:20 pmFeeling much better today -- almost normal! No headache and only minimal muscle strain in neck and shoulders. The chiropractor is really working. And it helps that they have massage chairs they expect ou to use after each session. That really helps!
I should probably have gone to the local (45 min away) event today, but I decided that staying home, staying loose and trying to catch up on cleaning was probably wiser. Don't know, but I am much more rested and relaxed than I have been. Mostly from not hurting. Monday I'm gonna talk to the admin about chaning chairs -- we went from a chair that loses height to one that sits off-kilter.
I will probably be moving to part-time in a week or so at work. This was planned since the beginning -- in fact I expected to be part-time already, but they underestimated how much work needed to be done on this project. They are very pleased with the changes I made to the manual and expect to see similar changes when I start updating other manuals. Their previous tech writer seemed to get by with as little work as she could do. My goal is to make sure that the operator can find all the info they need as quickly and easily as possible.
