More house stuff

We've made the counter-offer. We'll see what the sellers think. Hopefully thing will go well. We gave them new bids for the heating and electric issues and asked them to do all the foundation work they had gotten bids on. Turns out one of the things their electrical bid said didn't need to be done ours said was required for code (Score!!!). So, the wait's begun.

Otherwise, life is doing well. I'm annoyed at the weather that keeps coming in because my joints and sinuses aren't happy, but I'll get through.
