May. 21st, 2009 09:03 pmYummmmmmmmm! I made bbq ribs last night and tonight. A local grocery was having ribs on sale so I bought some country ribs yesterday and today and two racks of spare ribs (at 1.99/lb, can't be beat). I froze the racks and made the country ribs.
I started by marinading them in soy and Worchestershire sauce for at least half an hour. I heated up the grill and seared each side (reminder to self, turn after 5 minutes and turn heat to low). After I seared the first side and turned it up, I basted the up side with Jim Bean's BBQ sauce (cut by the marinade). Each time I turned it, I basted the new up side with the sauce.
Ummmmmmm, yummmmmm!
