Valentine's Day dinner was a success!!! I made roasted asparagus in garlic bacon fat for an appetizer, broiled lobster tail with rice pilaf and broccoli/cauliflower with havarti cheese sauce for the main course, and Mexican molten chocolate cake with strawberry sauce for dessert. And washed it down with a quite lovely Columbia Crest Horse Heaven Hills chardonnay. If you want recipes, go to my food blog. :)

And just for amusement, Horse Heaven Hills gets abbreviated as H3, but the 3 looks more like a yogh than a 3.
