I got my TENS unit today. We decided to just pay for it ourselves instead of fighting the insurance company for it (GroupHealth really doesn't like to approve them). It was only ~$400. I'm trying it out tonight while I am a little sore, but not terribly much in pain.

Had to look up TENS. They used one when I had physical therapy on my neck. Hope it works for you!
