Julia's grading has been coming along fine; in fact she's a little ahead of where she had hoped to be.

I've been feverishly working on my class presentation for next week's Kingdom Herald and Scribes (Period Heraldic Design). Most of the pictures I'm using to show heraldry are from my vacation in Europe last year!!! I think I'm going to make most of my handout a CD of the presentation -- I can't afford that much in color copies (and the handout would be outrageously expensive). I'll print B&W so they can take notes.

I guess I should to work up the Heraldic Display class for Pennsic, just to show all the crazy things they did.

Instead of spending money on a CD why not just put them up on a web site and give out the URL?

One, I have a huge number of CDs we bought in bulk a little while ago. Two, the document is 50 meg and will take someone on dial-up forever to download. Three, I want to have more control over the release of the presentation; this is still a work in progress. I want to run it past a couple classes and see how to tweak it first. I may eventually put it up with some annotation, but I'm not there yet.
