Adapting to the Pacific Northwest...
Nov. 12th, 2004 10:13 amOr maybe just Washington, I don't know. Wednesday, we went out and bought an espresso machine so we could have homemade mochas (not psuedomochas with coffee, milk and chocolate) and cappacunios. We've already used it twice -- yummmmmmm! Then I realized that I am basically drinking Stash and Tazo teas exclusively (except for the occassional herbal tea they don't make).
The kitties are still having fun with the dangly toy we got last weekend. Vandal has even been playing with it like a kitten. He's realized he can't quite keep up with Sable. I've been dangling it high enough she has to jump to get it (and she's taller than he), so he's climbed up on something so he can reach it. Clever, huh? I think it's evidence of tool use.
Gotta run, Sable is demanding that I play with her. Or at the very least make her toys move.
