Julia's conference is going well. I went down last night, ostensibly for her to buy me a drink and me to take her home. Well, four hours later we caught a cab because neither of us should drive and we didn't feel like walking 6 blocks after 10 at night. Tonight's the banquet, so I think I am just walking down there then we'll catch a cab home. Anthropologists are such fun to party with.

Today, I'm making up the prize certificates for the paper competitions. I'm doing them on the computer because Julia and El didn't decide the winners until yesterday. And I didn't get asked to do this until this morning. Oh well.
