I can't believe it
Feb. 10th, 2007 07:32 pmWe've made an offer on a house. We've already gotten the counteroffer -- and offered back. Yipes!
The house is quite lovely. It's a 1909 Craftsman in the area we want to be. Lots of space -- enough for us to have a master suite (including a family room and bathroom), guest room, public bath, and two rooms to be a library. Kitchen is more than adequate -- nicely appointed but without a fridge. We can take care of that.
