Getting closer

We got the last piece of paperwork signed today -- the mortgage broker (who is having a bad week) hadn't send the form to the title company. Actually, his wife was probably the one who sent the paperwork as he is out with his jaw wired shut.

The title company expects to have the paperwork back from the sellers tomorrow so they will be able to fund and record it. So, if our realtor can get together with the seller's realtor, we actually might have keys Friday or Saturday!
