We thought we might be able to get the keys this weekend -- the title company was supposed to get the signatures from the sellers back today. They sort of did -- but they weren't notarized properly! How hard is it to get something notarized?!?!?!?!? So the soonest is Monday.
And if we don't get them Monday, we do an addendum for an extension.
