Jul. 13th, 2007 07:10 pmThanks to everyone who commented on my last post. I don't often deal with spice mixes, being the kind of cook who goes with the flow. But I wanted a good, smooth curry powder that wasn't as vanilla as the McCormick stuff. Particularly since I want to create a curry dressing (based on one a local restaurant sent me their recipe for, which calls for curry powder).
