Aug. 23rd, 2009 07:24 pmThis weekend was the Sergeant's Trials for the barony. This event was much better than the previous trial we attended. It had its issues (like someone getting a little snitty about who was allowed to attend the Court of Virtue where the candidates would be questioned, and a lot of disorganization around the timing and setup of the pot-luck feast). I did some informal heraldic consultation for a couple of people, arranged for the baronial herald to some over in a couple of weeks for a paw-the-books session, and got to visit with a lot of people I don't get a chance to talk to.
Unfortunately, I've also felt like crap all weekend. I had a repeat of the headaches today that I've had for most of the last week (I plan to talk to my neurologist this week during my appointment). I've also had no energy -- I slept over 10 hours last night. This could all be the last remnants of getting over the bug I got a Pennsic, but come on, it's been nearly THREE WEEKS!!!!
