Not much has been going on, though I think I've finally hatched a sore throat. It's not too bad, but just annoying as it radiates into my ear from time to time. I suspect it's a blocked salivary gland rather than a virus, but I can't be certain for a few more days (though if my face swells up again, I'll have confirmation).
Julia's been busy preparing a sabbatical proposal for a year or so from now, getting things together for summer money next year, and other admin stuff for work.
The kitties still are getting along. They kind of ignore each other, then play, then ignore each other. Sable still hisses and occasionally growls at Scamp then smacks him as he walks away -- talk about mixed signals.

Date: 2009-11-05 01:32 am (UTC)I just got over my yearly 3-day voice-loss. Since I moved to Iowa from Florida, it happens at the edge of every winter. And then from winter into spring if there are a few hot days in there, I'll get flu-y, but not really the flu. 3 days... you can almost set a watch by it.

Feel better, though...downtime sucks :(
