sue_n_juliaThings are going well; headache has eased considerably. I'm holding off any decision about the heraldic symposium until after I talk to the doctor about it tomorrow.
Vandal is settling back in well. He's demanding attention -- wants to lay on me anytime he thinks I'm not moving for a little while. I've gotten the new diet for him and we'll see how it turns out. He needs to be on a diet low in protein, sodium and phosphorus. The vet suggested Science Diet's or Purina's kidney diet (both of which are only available through a vet), but the Petco guy suggested something a little different. It meets all the requirements I was given, but is available at the store. In addition, the kibbles are little softer so he'll have an easier time chewing it. So, we'll see.
The weather here was gorgeous today -- mid-70s and sunny for a change. It should be sunny (or only partly cloudy) and warm all week. Monday and Tuesday will be near 90 and the rest of the week will be mid to upper 70s. Just wonderful after the rainy, 60 degree temps we've had for the last few weeks.
