It's that time of year again - yes, that time when we get to make decisions about how we are governed but receive too little independent information on the ballot issues and candidates. I think I did pretty well -- I've spent some time wandering around the 'net looking for information. Unfortunately, most of what can be found is really quite biased. *sigh*
